Our Way

We are lifelong learners and innovators. The Greek letter phi in our logo represents the harmony of proportions, also known as the 'golden ratio' where, in a continuous cycle, the completed parts inspire and accompany what is still unfinished in the eternal quest for fulfilment.

our values

We have the courage to dare, the determination to never give up, the integrity to stay aligned with our values, the wisdom to choose with foresight, and the humility to always be in service of others.

our mission

As mentors, we foster mastery, autonomy and fulfilment in individuals. We also champion knowledge sharing, decentralized leadership and sense of community in organizations.

Everyone can be a gift in people's lives!

Mentoring Services

Mentoring is an inclusive two-way partnership for mutual learning and growth.

We design, plan, manage and supervise professional mentoring and coaching programmes to pursue personal learning and development goals for lasting growth and transformation in organisations.

Internal
&
External

Internal mentors are appointed within an organization and trained to support their colleagues in their journey to professional mastery, autonomy and fulfilment.External mentors are certified professionals hired outside an organization to support its transformation by bringing new skills, values and perspectives.Every mentoring programme can combine internal and external mentors to maximize the impact on the organization's culture and facilitate individual and collective growth.
At MentorLab, we have a consolidated network of certified professional mentors and provide accredited training to internal mentors through our International Mentoring Academy.

Individual
&
Group

Based on the ratio of mentors to mentees, mentoring can be classified as Individual or Group Mentoring.Individual Mentoring is the oldest and most traditional form of mentoring. It unfolds in the dyadic relationship between a mentor and a mentee who, in a safe and trusting environment, can share experiences, thoughts and feelings with a high level of confidentiality to achieve maximum growth and fulfilment. In Group Mentoring, the mentor acts as a role model and facilitator within a group of people by supporting all members' development and facilitating the creation of synergies and collaborative dynamics. The individual relationship between the mentor and each member can be combined with peer-mentoring relationships between them.

Senior
&
Reverse
&
Peer

A mentoring relationship can take different forms according to the needs and characteristics of mentors and mentees, and the overall aim of the mentoring programme. In Senior Mentoring, a seasoned mentor with broader knowledge, skills, and maturity accompanies a younger, talented, less experienced mentee.Conversely, in Reverse Mentoring, a mentor with specific knowledge and skills partners with an older, more mature mentee eager to learn and transform. In Peer Mentoring, the relationship is fluid. Mentor and mentee exchange their roles at different stages, harnessing their own knowledge, skills and experience.

At MentorLab, we know that every individual or organization is a complex and unique ecosystem.
All our programmes are carefully designed to fit the specificities and uniqueness of our clients.

Work in Progress

We are almost ready to launch our revamped academy with a renewed version of our famous programmes.
Drop us a message at info@mentorlabgroup.com if you want to be informed when the new programmes are released!
